Becki Bennett

Role: Senior Lecturer, Bioethics 

Interests: Reproductive ethics including screening in pregnancy

Becki is a philosopher working in the field of bioethics.  This means she evaluates the ethical issues that arise in the biosciences, from well established ethical debates on abortion and euthanasia to emerging debates on stem cell therapy, human enhancement, ectogenesis and male pregnancy.  Becki has taught bioethics for 20 years at the University of Manchester where she is a Senior Lecturer.
